Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using PopUp, operated by PopUp Space Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy.
2. Permitted Use
PopUp is designed for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Managing cash flow for your mobile business
- Tracking events and scheduling
- Monitoring revenue and expenses
- Planning financial projections
- Discovering and applying to events as a vendor
- Browsing and booking vendors as an organizer
- Preparing and organizing tax data using PopUp's tax preparation tools
- Filing tax returns through integrated third-party services
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use PopUp to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Access accounts that do not belong to you
- Attempt to breach or test our security measures
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Share your account credentials with others
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Falsify, misrepresent, or forge any business license, permit, certification, or credential
- Operate at events without required licenses, permits, or certifications
- Misrepresent your business type, capabilities, or qualifications
- Create fake or duplicate accounts to exploit the referral program
- Use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive tactics to generate referral signups
- Incentivize referral signups through methods that misrepresent PopUp's services or rewards
- Submit knowingly false or fraudulent information through PopUp's tax filing integrations
4. Licensing & Permit Compliance
All vendors must maintain valid licenses and permits required for their operations. Vendors offering alcohol-related services must hold appropriate mobile bar or alcohol licenses for each jurisdiction in which they operate.
Failure to comply with licensing requirements may result in immediate account suspension. Users who become aware of unlicensed or falsely-licensed operators should report them to eli@usepopup.com.
5. Tax Tools Usage
PopUp's tax preparation and filing tools are provided as-is to assist with data organization. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any tax return filed using data from PopUp. PopUp does not review, audit, or guarantee the correctness of tax calculations or filings. Use of these tools does not create a preparer-client, accountant-client, or advisory relationship with PopUp Space Systems LLC.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication when available, and logging out of shared devices.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them immediately to eli@usepopup.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
8. Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to take legal action for serious violations.
