Hi, we’re Istorya — awarded Best Pop-Up Restaurant by Las Vegas Weekly. We produce private chef dinners, catered gatherings, and large-scale events rooted in modern Filipino cuisine. Our culinary team is led by Chef Dio Buan, formerly a Master Cook at Joël Robuchon Las Vegas and trained in kitchens connected to Thomas Keller’s Bouchon. That fine-dining foundation informs our technique, sourcing, plating, and service standards. While our brand draws from Filipino culinary history, storytelling is always optional. For corporate clients, brand launches, and executive gatherings, we focus on exceptional food, seamless execution, and hospitality that meets premium standards. Beyond cuisine, Istorya operates a multimedia creative team that can capture your event through professional photography, video, and branded recap content — extending the experience beyond the room. Whether hosting 10 guests or 200, we deliver refined, chef-driven food with optional media production for a complete, high-quality event experience.
